London Homeless Are Given Cameras and Asked to Capture Their Lives
The jury chose 20 best works out of the 5,000 photographs.
Last month, Cafe Art, a company that helps London homeless self-express through art, gave out over a hundred cameras and asked people who have no home to capture their lives, PetaPixel writes.
In a month, homeless people took over 5,000 photographs. The jury selected 20 best images and published them on the company’s website.
Last year, Cafe Art has already organized a similar event: the photographs were published as a calendar, after the organizers fundraised about $23,000 to print it.
