Photographer Has Launched Campaign Against Death Penalty
Marc Asnin (USA) has launched an on-line social-media campaign against death penalty.

Photographer from New York Marc Asnin launched international campaign Photographers Selfie Against the Death Penalty. It became part of a big project Final Words, which includes a book and traveling exhibition, featuring final statements of the 515 prisoners executed by the State of Texas.
Marc Asnin asked his colleagues to upload their selfie-images to the Final Words site, and to finish the statement: “I stand against the death penalty because…”
All the photographs and statements are available online. Selfies of those who donate $5.17 (515 prisoners executed by the state of Taxes since 1982) will be featured in a traveling exhibition. There are nine days left till end of the campaign.
