Instagram of the Day: Latin America by Adriana Zehbrauskas

Brazilian photographer Adriana Zehbrauskas posts photographs that document everyday life of people in Latin America.

At the beginning of September Zehbrauskas was selected as one of the winners of Getty Images Instagram Grant contest and received a 10,000 dollar award that she plans to spend on new projects.

“Winning this grant is about someone believing in you and in your ideas and giving you the means and support to execute them” — the photographer said in her TIME interview.

11 months ago today, in this corner of Iguala, six people died and 43 students from the Ayotzinapa teachers rural school were ambushed by the local police, never to be seen again.
