Seif Eldin Mustafa leaves the EgyptAir plane which was on the way from Alexandria to Cairo, before he seized it with the help of a dummy bomb and forced it to land in Cyprus. The Egyptian explained that he did it to be closer to his ex-wife, who now lives in Larnaca, Cyprus.
