Russia's Emergencies Ministry rescuer is walking among the debris of the crashed plane. Boeing 737-800 of FlyDubai airlines coming in from the Emirates crashed during its second attempt at landing in bad weather conditions in Rostov-on-Don. All 62 people on board were killed.
