Thousands of men wearing nothing but a loincloth gathered at the Hadaka Matsuri (festival of naked men), which is held annually at the temple in Okayama to catch wooden chopsticks thrown down from the balcony by a priest. According to the belief, the man who catches the chopsticks will have luck for the entire year.
