“Shot on an iPhone 6” Inspires Spoof Campaign in USA
Two guys from San Francisco made it clear that to shoot good photos an Apple gadget is not enough.
Two Americans have created a blog Also Shot on an iPhone 6, a photo parody of an Apple ad campaign Shot on an iPhone 6. Alongside billboards with stunning ad images they put up posters of their parody work – amateur photos also made with iPhone 6. The creators intend to illustrate that in order to make good photos an Apple gadget is not enough.
"The iPhone 6 ads are all over San Francisco and we walk by them everyday. All the photos Apple selected for the campaign are beautiful. Our thought was that people don't always take pretty pictures on their phones, so we thought it would be funny to show the other, non-beautiful, photos people take," said the creators of the project.
