The Girl with Peaches Came to Life to Promote a Tretyakov Gallery Exhibition

Tretyakov Gallery published a video teaser for Valentin Serov exhibition, which opened to commemorate 150th birthday of the painter, Meduza reports.

In a 1-minute clip the character of the famous portrait comes to life and talks about having to sit still for several hours a day when she is posing for the painter.

According to the information on the museum website, the exhibition will be held from October 7 to January 17. Works from Russian and international museums will be showcased, as well as works from private collections.
