Orange danger level announced in France — water level in the Seine has risen more than 4 meters because of the rains. Because of the flood in Paris and a number of North-Eastern regions of hte country the schools were closed, the road and railroad transportation paralyzed. It is expected the the weather will improve only on Saturday.
