Blog of the Week: Sweet Things by Jonathan Graham

Jonathan Graham is the owner of the Compartes Chocolate Factory in Los Angeles that produces sweets with unconventional flavors (chocolate with spices, salty peanut butter and truffles with cayenne pepper to name a very few). A few years ago he was named one of Forbes “30 Under 30,” people who have succeeded in building a successful business by age 30.

Graham inherited the chocolate factory when he was 15 years old and shortly after Compartes became an official caterer for the Golden Globes, Oscars, Grammis, major movie premieres and private parties.

America’s youngest chocolatier’s Instagram is full of fruit purchases, opening night preparations at new brand boutiques, original truffle design and production of chocolate bars.
