Blog of the Day: Tineke Meirink’s Interpretations of Everyday Objects
A designer from the Netherlands takes a fresh look at everyday objects.

Tineke Meirink, a designer from the Netherlands, posts illustrations from his Stop:watch series on his website, where he adds elements to the photographs of everyday objects, which acquire new meaning.
The project is ongoing and currently includes more than a hundred images.
“Stop:watch takes a fresh and closer look at random stuff, — Meirink says. — When something is added you’ll see that the ordinary can be quite interesting as well.”
