Photos of Young Bob Dylan Released
An American publishing house, Rizzoli, released the book Bob Dylan: NYC 1961-1964 featuring previously unpublished photos of a young Dylan. The book features portraits of a 21-year-old Dylan during the years when the young musician was new to New York City, composing music in a tiny rented Greenwich Village apartment, and beginning a relationship with Suze Rotolo.
Ted Russell, a freelance photographer in those years, spent three years documenting the story of an unknown artist creating and releasing his first album.
