Residents of Hong Kong Continue Posting With Hashtag #OccupyCentral

Several days ago services Instagram and Weibo (China’s version of Twitter) were blocked from posts with the hashtag #OccupyCentral. These measures did not touch the Hong Kong area and protesters continue to use social media to post images. In the photo stream of the “Umbrella Revolution” the “forbidden” hashtag is the most commonly used. Among others on the top 5 list are: #prayforhongkong, #occupyhk, #fightforfreedom, and #umbrellarevolution.
