Designer Gilles-Alexandre Deschaud Creates Animated Film Using 3D Printer
It took two years and 80 liters of plastic for the designer to complete the project.
Film director Gilles-Alexandre Deschaud released a trailer for the animated film, “Chase Me.” He used a 3D Printer to make all the characters and decorations. The cartoon teaches viewers how to turn fears into something beautiful.
It took Deschaud two years to create the film. He made more that 2,500 details. Deschaud used a complex animation method – every pose of the main character was printed with a new 3D model.
