Amerian Richard Neal was spotted relaxing on a helipad of the former coast guard tower that he owns during Hurricane Matthew, CNN writes.
Frying Pan Tower platform is located 55 kilometers off the coast of North Carolina. With the raging waves in the background, Neal took a beach chair out on the helipad, took his shirt off and enjoyed the view.
