Director of Hardcore Henry Filmed a First-Person POV Music Video for The Weeknd
Russian filmmaker Ilya Naishuller directed a new video for the Canadian band.
The music video for False Alarm by The Weeknd was released on October 13. It is shot from the first-person POV and tells a story of a bank robbery and escaping the police. In just four days, the video had over 12 million views.
The video was directed by Ilya Naishuller, a Russian filmmaker known for the movie Hardcore Henry that premiered this spring and had a box office of over $15 mln with the $2 mln budget.
