Johnny Depp, David Lynch and Other Celebrities Star in a Horror Movie by Teen Cancer Patient
Several famous actors decided to help 16-year-old Anthony Conti who was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer to make his zombie thriller, Deadline writes. Celebrities who participated in the making of the movie include Johnny Depp and J.K.Simmons, directors David Lynch (Twin Peaks), Sam Raimi (Spider-Man), and the others.
The short film titled Black Ghiandola tells the story of a young man who lost his family during zombie apocalypse and is trying to save his loved one. Conti directs the movie and plays the lead characters. Scott Kosar (Texas Chainsaw Massacre) and Wash Westmoreland (Still Alice) are helping him with the script.
In the summer 2016, Anthony Conti was diagnosed with Adrenal Cortical Cancer. After that, he received financial aid from different organizations, including AMC channel that airs The Walking Dead, one of Conti’s favourite shows.
