A New App Shoots Video 1980s Style
VHS Camcoder program imitates videotape recording.
A new app by Rarevision artificially makes the quality of videos worse, styling them to look like VHS-footage.
The more movements the operator makes with their iPhone, the more the quality degrades, Motherboard reports.
The creators of the app say it was developed so that “the video would look and sound like video-tape records from 30 years back”.
VHS Camcoder is available at the Appstore for $3.99.
