Octopus Learns To Photograph Visitors
Dweller of a New Zealand aquarium makes portraits of visitors for $2.
To demonstrate that Sony cameras are capable of working underwater, the company started an advertisement campaign at Kelly Tarlton’s SEA LIFE Aquarium (New Zealand), reported Cult of Mac. Camera Sony DSC-TX30 was placed into a tank of an octopus named Rambo and an animal trainer was asked to teach the mollusk to take photos. According to the trainer it only took three attempts for Rambo to understand how the camera works. So, visitors of the aquarium can have their photo made by octopus for $2. All donations will go towards Rambo’s maintenance.
