Photokina exhibition is scheduled to open this September in Germany

Photokina, one of the premier exhibitions in photo industry that focus on the entire photographic and imaging sector, will be held in Cologne, Germany, on 16-21 September.

According to CHIP, this year over a thousand exhibitors are participating from across the world to showcase their latest products and services. Among the most anticipated products are the new DSLR-cameras by Canon and Nikon, new and advanced action camera GoPro, and the new camera by Lytro with refocusing capabilities. The program of Photokina will include conferences, workshops, symposiums, photography expositions and other specialty events which will be taking place at the exhibition center, as well as in Cologne itself.

It costs €39 to pre-purchase a daily visit. The same day tickets at the location will be priced higher. Discounts for students, children and seniors are available.
