Street Art Festival Upfest 2015 Came to a Close in England

250 artists from different countries painted almost three thousands meters of the Bristol’s walls.

On July 26th, Europe’s largest street art & graffiti festival Upfest 2015 came to a close in Bristol. The three-day event gathered more than 250 artists from 25 countries to paint almost 3,000 m² of 28 city walls, writes The Guardian.

The festival has been a regular event since 2008. According to its founder and organizer Steve Hayles, this year’s program was packed as never before. The budget of the event was about $70,000. If other costs paid by artists, and the volunteers work were considered, then the budget rises to $200,000.
