New Camera Controlled by Heartbeats
Nikon launched a new project Heartography that illuminates the fact that photography is primarily created by emotions. Emotions make the heart beat faster. Nikon released a special camera case with a built in heart-rate monitor, writes PetaPixel.
When a photographer feels exited their heart-rate monitor sends a signal via Bluetooth to a camera to snap a frame. The camera case is equipped with an OLED screen to display the current heart rate. It also allows setting the heartbeat rate that will trigger the camera.
Nikon used a dog to demonstrate the camera’s possibilities:
