Video of the Day: Elephants Swimming in Pool
Transparent sides of the reservoir allow visitors to watch animals moving in the water.
On July 11th, a swimming pool for elephants opened in Japan's Fuji Safari Park, located one hundred kilometers from Tokyo.
Zookeeper Daiki Takeuchi said that the transparent sides of the pool allow visitors to observe elephants swimming. The animals souse themselves in the water and poke their trunks above the surface.
The length of the swimming pool is 65 meters.
