In early August, Cinémathèque Française and Actes Sud publishing house published a book about an American director Gus Van Sant. Among others, it includes the photographs he took when casting actors for his movies, AnOther writes.
The published photographs were taken by the director himself between 1983 and 1999 on an old Polaroid camera that he bought in mid-1970s.
Among the actors whose portraits were included in the new book are Keanu Reeves, Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, Renee Zellweger, Nicole Kidman, and others.
