Migrants Tried to Mug a Photographer in a Refugee Camp
The attackers stopped only when other refugees came to Teun Voeten's rescue.
Dutch photographer and videographer Teun Voeten, who was working on a documentary about refugees in migrant camp in Calais, France, was attacked by the displaced persons, armed with a knife and pepper spray, who tried to take away his camera, PetaPixel writes. Voeten’s colleague Maaike Engels filmed the accident.
It is reported that the attackers stopped only when other refugees noticed what was going on and came to the rescue.
“This video is a perfect representation of refugees in general. You have good refugees and bad refugees. The bad ones were robbing us while the good ones were rescuing us”, — the journalists said.
