Building With 11 Ecosystems Wins Skyscraper Competition
Polish architects designed a project with elements of wildlife.

The jury of 2015 Skyscraper Competition named Essence Skyscraper, created by Polish studio BOMP, the best architecture project of the year. The project was designed to be a secret garden hidden inside a high rise building. The architects designed 11 ecosystems on various levels: a lake, a cave, a desert, jungles, and gardens. The idea behind the project is to give urban dwellers an opportunity to rest and enjoy nature at home.
