Google Launched Data Center Mural Project

Two buildings have already been beautified as part of the project.

Google announced the launch of the Data Center Mural Project, which involved painting murals on the company’s data centers all over the world, The Next Web writes.

Two facades have already been refreshed as part of the project — one in the US, and another one in Belgium. A data center in Ireland will get painted soon, too.

“Because these buildings typically aren’t much to look at, people rarely learn about the incredible structures and people inside who make so much of modern life possible, — the authors say. — To begin to change that, we created the Data Center Mural Project: a partnership with artists to bring a bit of the magic from the inside of our data centers to the outside.”
