Instagram of the Day: Artist Makes Classic Paintings Look Modern

Chris Rellas, a 21-year-old American student, has an Instagram account, @copylab, where he posts modern versions of classic paintings: he adds modern accessories and clothing items to the original works or places mass culture characters on them. For instance, Beyonce and Anna Wintour appear in the paintings by William Bouguereau, and Kim Jong Il wears a Prada coat in one of the works.
