Creators of the Fantastic Beasts Reveal the Plot of the Sequel

Warner Bros. announced that the studio started shooting a sequel for the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. The movie is scheduled to be premiered in November 2018, NME writes. The script for the prequel for the Harry Potter saga was written by J.K. Rowling.

According to the comments published by Warner Bros., in the new movie wizard Grindelwald escaped from prison, and he gathers a team of those who want to confront humanity. Only Dumbledore can stop him, and he, too, needs the help of Newt Scamander to do it, so these two become the main characters of the new movie. The action moves from New York City to London.

According to the information, published in Deadline, the movie Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them became the most profitable for Warner Bros. last year. While it cost $180 million to make, the box office for it was $814 million.
