Google Chrome Browser Tabs Feature Classical Art
Google developed an app that displays classical paintings in the browser as wallpaper.

As part of the educational Art Project, Google developed an app where famous paintings appear as wallpaper in the Chrome browser. After installing the app, everytime a user opens a new tab he or she will see an image of the painting. If a user is interested in a description of the art piece, that option is available. The frequency of how the paintings change can be set by the user: every day or every time you open a tab.
Google Art Project was launched by Google in 2011 and it aims to provide access to the digital painting collections from the world museums to the internet users.
