AP Selects Photos of the Year 2014

News agency published 150 photos of the major events of 2014.

Today, after the annual roundup of the year, the news agency the Associated Press published 150 images which reflect the main events of 2014. Photos from different countries were selected by the head of the agency, Santiago Lyon, and deputy head Denis Pakvin. Among the selected pictures are shots from the Winter Olympics, war conflicts in Syria and Ukraine, the lasts images of Robin Williams and Christopher Rivera, photos from the Spanish Flower Festival and Human Tower Competition, portraits of Vladimir Putin and Barack Obama.
