Link of the Day: Panoramic Photos of Mars
Photographer Andrew Bodrov made a 360-panorama from Curiosity Rover's photographs.
Tomsk-based photographer Andrew Bodrov published panoramic photographs of Mars done by Curiosity Rover on the 360cities website.
It is reported that the images were captured during the serial shoot by MAHLI (Mars Hand Lens Imager) held by the rover’s robotic arm. More than 400 images were used to obtain the full picture.
Curiosity Rover started for Mars in November 2011, and its main task is to fully analyze Mars’ soil and atmosphere.
