Photos of Elderly American Who Refused a Seat on the Subway Are Trending Online
Several photographs of a 68-year-old Wayne McEntire, whom an unidentified young man offered a priority seat on the subway, became viral and had over 130,000 likes and 100,000 shares in only several days.
According to Metro, McEntire and his grandson Britton Barker are now in Rio de Janeiro. When they were taking a local subway, one of the passengers who was occupying a priority seat offered it to the elderly man.
McEntire refused the offer and showed his physical skills instead, by performing a ‘human flag’ stand on a handrail.
Barker says that his grandfather is in such a good shape because he has been doing sports daily for many years.
