Time Colorizes Iconic Black-and-White Photographs

The selection includes the photographs from the project about 100 most influential photographs according to the magazine.

In late November, Time magazine presented a project called 100 Photos, a selection of 100 most influential photographs of all time. After some time, the editors asked a Swedish artist Sanna Dullaway to colorize some of the black-and-white photographs from the project, and now posted a resulting selection of 30 images.

Among the photographs that were colorized for the Time are Saigon Execution by Eddie Adams, The Terror of War by Nick Ut, Migrant Mother by Dorothea Lange, and the others.

Time has published similar selections of colorized photographs earlier: for instance, the photos of migrants in the US 100 years ago and the photos of refugees during the WWII.
