Photographer Adriano Alarcon Shaves Half of Beard For Photo Project
The creator of the series "Fifty Fifty Selfie Barber Shop" imagines how people would look if candies grew on their faces instead of beards.
Brazilian photographer Adriano Alarcon published the series, “Fifty-Fifty Selfie Barber Shop,” featuring his own beard. For the project he shaved half of the hairs on his face and replaced it with various objects – bugs, toys, candies and popcorn. In an interview Alarcon said that he did not feel awkward – even when he had to interrupt his photo session to go to the Presidential election voting place with a half-shaven face.
