Instagram of the Day: Playful Director of Photography and His Crew

Director of photography Simon Chaudoir created a blog about his life at work. During lunch time he takes ingenious staged photographs featuring camera people, photographers, makeup artists and professional artists with expensive video equipment as a props. In his work Chaudoir creates allusions to Renaissance’s art, surreal and avant-garde painting.

“For a long time I had the image in my mind of myself lying on a studio floor having been crushed by a falling lamp. It expressed something that I felt about my working life. I realized that Instagram gave me the platform to explore such images,“ says the director of photography.
