Artist colorized a rare image, which depicts two brothers traveling with their photography gear.

Designer Mark Truelove colorized an image made in 1912, which depicts Bill James and his brother Joseph, the sons of the Canada’s first photojournalist William James.

The original black-and-white photo is preserved in the City of Toronto Archives with 6,000 other photos made by James family. Truelove published the color version of the photo on the website of his commercial project Canadian Color, which compiles colorized vintage photos.
