Romanian Instagramers Mimic Rich Kids

KFC, a restaurant chain, launched a project "Fun with little money'" inviting Instagram users to spoof the "Rich Kids" community on Instagram.

KFC in Romania invited teenagers to upload onto Instagram their own versions of “rich life” with hashtag #distractiecubaniputini, which can be translated in Romania as “Fun with little money.”

The campaign was launched to spoof the “Rich Kids” (known as #RKOI) Instagram community, where children of rich parents take photos with luxury goods and expensive pets. To respond to the #RKOI photos, Romanian Instagramers have posed with rubber crocodiles and diamonds made from paper, writes The Daily Mail.
