Hasselblad Presents the First Ever Medium Format Mirrorless Camera

The new device will cost about 9,000.

Swedish company Hasselblad presented its new model, X1D, the first ever medium format mirrorless camera X1D, The Verge writes.

The device has a 50-megapixel CMOS sensor, the biggest that has ever been used in this kind of cameras.

X1D has an ISO range of 100 to 25,600, shutter speed between 60 minutes and 1/2000th of a second, and can shoot video 1080p HD video at 30fps. The camera also has a 3-inch touchscreen, GPS, Wi-Fi, and supports JPEG and RAW formats.

It is expected to go on sale in August, at $8,995.
