Warner Bros. released the first trailer for Christopher Nolan’s new movie, Dunkirk, about the events of WWII, The Verge writes. The world premiere of the movie is scheduled for July 19 next year.
The movie is based on real events and tells about the Dunkirk evacuation of 300,000 French, Belgian and English soldiers who were blocked by the German forces after the Battle of Dunkirk.
The main characters are played by Tom Hardy, Cillian Murphy and Mark Rylance, and the music is composed by Hans Zimmer, for whom Dunkirk is the sixth joint project with Christopher Nolan.
