Film Meets Art: Scenes from Iconic Movies Compared to Classical Paintings Again
Vugar Efendi released a new video which shows the similarities in the works of artists and filmmakers.
British filmmaker Vugar Efendi published a new video from his series called Film Meets Arts, where he puts together scenes from iconic movies that are a reference to the plots of classical paintings or look visually similar to them. A two-minute selection includes scenes from about twenty movies, including Moonrise Kingdom by Wes Anderson, Mad Max by George Miller, and The Return by Andrey Zvyagintsev.
Efendi released another video that went viral earlier, called Recreating History: it shows how documentary footage is recreated in feature films.
