35 Years of i-D Magazine Covers Released Online

This week, British fashion magazine i-D presented an online gallery of covers spanning the entire history of its existence, since 1980. This was done to celebrate it’s 35th anniversary.

In addition to the collection, i-D asked photographers who took the most famous covers to share stories about the photos.

The magazine also published an anniversary issue with 18 covers by a British photographer Alasdair McLellan. McLellan captured people who have been an inspiration for the magazine, for example: Kate Moss, Stella Tennant, Joudan Dunn, Lara Stone, and Freja Beha.
