Video blogger rctestflight did a test night shoot with a DIY device.
YouTube user rctestflight uploaded a five-minute video where he showed the performance of Freefly Alta, an octocopter, with a 1,000 watt LED lamp attached to it, The Verge writes.
The DIY structure emits luminous flux of 90,000 lumens, which allows it to provide bright illumination from air. It was possible to take similar photographs earlier only with the help of a helicopter carrying heavy equipment.
