500 Descendants of the Same Person in China Take a Family Photograph
Relatives decided to celebrate Chinese New Year with a family group photograph.
In late January, several days after the Chinese New Year, 500 people in China took a joint family photograph: all of them represent different generations of descendants of the same man and the same last name — Ren, Mashable writes.
According to the author of the photograph, it took time to take it: he spent about 30 minutes lining up people for the shot. The idea to take this photograph belongs to one of the descendants, Ren Tuanjie, who decided to gather all relatives together.
The shoot quickly went viral on social networks and had thousands of likes. Many users started joking about the unusual photograph: “It’ll be awkward if you realised your girlfriend was in the group photo too,” one of them wrote.
