Instagram of the Day: The World from a Bird’s Eye View
Tommy Clarke identifies an interesting location on the map with the help of Google Earth, and then travels there to take an aerial photograph.
British photographer Tommy Clarke posts photographs that he takes during his travels all over the world on his Instagram. Among the photos he published are landscapes of Australia, the US, and the Bahamas.
“These days with the prevalence of drones in aerial photography, I seem to be in the old guard by hiring helicopters and taking the door off, harnessing myself in and then hanging out, — Clarke said. — I doubt flying a remote controlled drone is quite as exhilarating.”
