The Try Guys Get Photoshopped to Look Like Ideal Men

The authors of the experiment tried to recreate the photos of famous athletes, singers and actors.

BuzzFeed released a 11-minute video, which shows the power of Photoshop applied to the photos of average American guys with regular physical features.

The Try Guys — Zach, Ned, Keith, and Eugene — who regularly take part in experiments like this one, were the models in the photo shoot. Each of them had to pose in a way that would resemble a famous athlete, singer or actor.

The photos were later altered by Photoshop professionals, who artificially improved the appearance of characters, making their features more masculine.

“I look like a god among men, — one of the participants of the photo shoot said upon seeing the final version of his photograph. — If I wanted to look like this…and have my job…and spend time with family…there’s just not enough hours in the day.”
