Photographer Captures #MannequinChallenge at the Wedding Ceremony
The video has already been watched over 6 million times.
Flashmob called #MannequinChallenge started in early November — to participate, people need to pretend they are mannequins to the song Black Beatles by the American hip-hop duo Rae Sremmurd. American photographer Suzanne Delawar also decided to join the flashmob, by making all the guests at the wedding ceremony she was shooting do the Mannequin Challenge.
“It’s a funny story,” the photographer explains. “I had the idea and called [the bride]. She laughed and said, ‘Oh my god, I had just sent you a message on Instagram asking if we could do it!’.”
The resulting video quickly went viral and was watched over 6 million times in less than a week.
