Instagram of the Day: Freckled People in Brock Elbank’s Project

London photographer Brock Elbank posts portraits from #Freckles, a project about the beauty of freckled people, on @mrelbank Instagram. The series currently has about 90 works, but the author says his goal is to reach 150 photographs, which he is planning to exhibit in 2017.

“I’ve always loved freckles, — Elbank said in his Huffington Post interview. — I’ve none myself, but my wife and eldest daughter are freckly. They’ve always fascinated me, as they’re so diverse from person to person, and this is what I’m trying to document in this current series.”

Today's was a special one, #Eddie here not only had flown in all the way from Sydney, he was my original #Freckled portrait over 3.5 years ago.. Now nearly 14, the freckles are the same, though the face and boy have changed no end..
