Infographic of the Day: How Global Warming Will Impact Animal Migration in 100 Years
Migrations in Motion shows the possible results of the global warming.
Researchers at the University of Washington developed a map, which shows how global warming will impact animal migration in 100 years, FastCoDesign writes.
To do this, they analyzed information about almost 3,000 species living in South and North America and tried to forecast where they would have to move to remain in the comfortable environment.
There are three kinds of migration flows on the map (for birds, mammals, and amphibians) that show the movement between 2016 and 2116.
