Photo of the Day: Children of Tibetan Buddhists

Between Friends, a London-based creative partnership, launched a fundraising campaign to collect funds for publishing the book Children of Zanskar. “Happiness is not in things, it’s in us.” The photo book will depict the youngest residents of Lingshed Valley located on the North of India. Because of its remote location deep in Himalayas, people of Zanskar were protected from cultural change and kept the Tibetan Buddhist culture in its’ original shape. All the funds raised will spend to build a school for 115 children of the area.

Campaign will last until June 2nd.
